1. About Energify and the Service

1.1 Service provider

Energify is a digital comparison and matching service for energy solutions. The Service is provided by Energify Group Co., Ltd. ("Energify"). Full contact details can be found in section 17.

1.2 Scope of the Service

Energify operates services and websites under several brands and domains, including but not limited to:

  • Energify.se, Energify.no, Energify.dk, Energify.co.uk, Energify.de
  • Solara.se
  • Spotprisidag.se
  • Bostadsvärde.se

(collectively referred to as the "Service")

1.3 Acceptance of terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms of service and our privacy policy.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

2.1 Age requirement

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By using the Service, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2.2 Geographic availability

The Service is available in countries where Energify has established operations. The products and services offered may vary by market. The User is responsible for ensuring that use of the Service complies with applicable local legislation.

3. Function of the Service

3.1 What Energify offers

Energify provides a platform where users ("Users") can:

  • compare energy solutions such as solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers, heat pumps and electricity contracts,
  • request free and non-binding quotes,
  • access advice, guides and information,
  • be matched with Suppliers that have been vetted according to Energify's basic requirements ("Suppliers").

3.2 Free and non-binding

The Service is completely free for Users. Requesting quotes or comparisons does not entail any obligation to purchase or enter into an agreement with any Supplier.

3.3 Energify's role

Energify is an intermediary service and never acts as a party to any agreements entered into between Users and Suppliers. Such agreements apply exclusively between those parties.

3.4 Future add-on services

Energify reserves the right to offer add-on services or premium features in the future that may be subject to fees. Such services will be subject to separate terms that are clearly communicated before purchase.

4. Matching, recommendations and AI-based features

4.1 Automated processing

Energify uses manual and automated processes, including algorithms and AI-based systems, to:

  • analyse and process submitted data,
  • suggest relevant energy solutions based on your circumstances,
  • match you with appropriate Suppliers.

4.2 Decision support – not advice

All information, guidance and recommendations provided through the Service constitute decision support and should not be regarded as legal, financial, technical or financial advice.

The information is based on the data you provide and publicly available data. Calculations of savings, payback periods and similar are estimates and may vary depending on actual conditions.

Energify's automated analyses and matching may be based on simplified assumptions, default values or statistical models and are not tailored to individual legal or financial circumstances.

4.3 User's responsibility for decisions

The ultimate responsibility for all decisions, choice of supplier and investments always rests with you as a User. We recommend that you do your own research and, if necessary, consult independent advisers before making significant financial decisions.

5. User account

5.1 Account creation

Certain parts of the Service may require you to create a user account ("User Account") or you may be automatically assigned an account in connection with a quote request. The account is created to enable delivery of the Service, communication regarding inquiries, and access to history and status.

5.2 User's responsibility

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

  • ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date,
  • protecting your login credentials and not sharing them with third parties,
  • all activity that occurs through your User Account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should immediately contact Energify.

5.3 Account suspension

Energify reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend User Accounts in the event of:

  • suspected abuse or fraudulent behaviour,
  • breach of these terms,
  • prolonged inactivity (with prior notice).

5.4 Close account

You have the right to close your User Account at any time by:

  • contacting us by email at privacy@energifygroup.com, or
  • using the account closure feature in "My Page" (where available).

Upon account closure:

  • your account and login credentials are deleted,
  • personal data is anonymised or deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation,
  • certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g. the Accounting Act).

Please note: Data that has already been shared with Suppliers in connection with quote requests is managed by the respective Supplier as an independent data controller. For deletion of such data, you need to contact the relevant Supplier directly.

6. User obligations

6.1 Proper use

As a User, you undertake to:

  • provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information,
  • not use the Service for fraudulent, misleading or improper purposes,
  • not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications,
  • not disrupt, overload or manipulate the functionality of the Service,
  • not attempt to circumvent the Service's technical protections or security measures,
  • not collect information about other users without their consent.

6.2 Measures in case of abuse

Energify has the right to take appropriate measures in case of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • warning,
  • temporary or permanent suspension of User Account,
  • removal of data,
  • filing a police report in case of suspected crime.

7. Suppliers and quality control

7.1 Supplier requirements

Energify works with Suppliers that have been vetted according to Energify's basic requirements. Depending on the market and product area, these requirements may include:

  • valid F-tax registration or equivalent,
  • absence of serious payment defaults,
  • relevant certifications and qualifications,
  • positive customer feedback and track record.

7.2 Independent parties

Each Supplier operates as an independent business and is itself responsible for:

  • its operations, licences and insurance,
  • the quality of work performed and products delivered,
  • its offers, prices and contract terms,
  • processing of personal data received from Energify.

7.3 Energify's limited liability

Energify does not perform ongoing quality control of individual works or installations. We recommend that you always:

  • compare multiple quotes,
  • check the Supplier's references and reviews,
  • read contract terms carefully before entering into an agreement.

7.4 Compensation and selection

Energify may receive compensation from Suppliers for the facilitation of inquiries or contacts.

Compensation does not affect the cost for the User. Selection and matching of Suppliers may be based on several factors, such as relevance, geographic proximity, capacity, product area, past performance, and in some cases commercial terms.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Energify is not liable for

Energify is not liable for:

  • performance, quality or results of work provided by Suppliers,
  • contract terms, prices or warranties offered by Suppliers,
  • delays or lack of contact from Suppliers,
  • financial losses, lost savings or indirect damage,
  • damage resulting from inaccuracies in information from third parties,
  • interruptions to the Service due to technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond Energify's control,
  • decisions made by the User based on information in the Service.

8.2 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Energify is only liable for direct damages caused by negligence on Energify's part.

Energify is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings or other financial consequential losses.

Energify's aggregate liability shall under all circumstances be limited to a reasonable amount considering the free nature of the Service, but always in accordance with mandatory consumer legislation.

8.3 Exceptions

The above limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on Energify's part, or to the extent the limitation conflicts with mandatory law.

9. Personal data and data protection

9.1 Processing of personal data

Energify processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection legislation. Complete information about our processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

9.2 Sharing with Suppliers

When you request quotes or comparisons through the Service, relevant data (such as name, contact details and information about your inquiry) is shared with selected Suppliers to enable contact and quoting.

Suppliers that receive personal data act as independent data controllers for their continued processing. Information about each Supplier's personal data processing can be found in their respective privacy policies.

9.3 Automated decision-making

You have the right to:

  • obtain information about the logic behind automated decisions that affect you,
  • object to decisions based solely on automated processing,
  • request human review of automated decisions.

Automated processes are primarily used to improve the efficiency and relevance of the Service and are not intended to make legally binding decisions about you as a User.

9.4 Your rights

Under data protection legislation, you have the right to, among other things:

  • access your personal data,
  • request rectification or erasure,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing,
  • request data portability,
  • withdraw consent.

10. Communication and marketing

10.1 Service communication

By using the Service, you may receive:

  • confirmations and status updates about your inquiries,
  • service information related to your User Account,
  • important information about changes to the Service or these terms.

10.2 Marketing communication

With your consent, you may also receive:

  • relevant offers and product information,
  • tips, guides and advice in the energy sector,
  • newsletters and updates.

10.3 Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:

  • clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails,
  • changing your settings in "My Page",
  • contacting us at hej@energify.se.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect service-related messages.

11. Intellectual property rights

11.1 Ownership

All content in the Service, including but not limited to:

  • texts, articles and guides,
  • graphics, images and illustrations,
  • logos and trademarks,
  • databases and data compilations,
  • software and technical solutions,
  • design and layout,

belongs to Energify or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

11.2 Limited licence

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.

11.3 Prohibition

Without Energify's express written consent, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce or distribute content from the Service,
  • modify, adapt or create derivatives of the content,
  • use the content for commercial purposes,
  • remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks.

12. Cookies and tracking

Energify uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyse usage and enable certain functionality. Full information can be found in our cookie policy.

13. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Energify is not responsible for the content of, or the availability of, such external websites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to their respective terms.

14. Force majeure

Energify is exempt from liability for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond Energify's reasonable control, such as:

  • government action or decision,
  • war, act of terrorism or sabotage,
  • natural disaster,
  • fire, flood or other serious accident,
  • strike, lockout or other labour dispute,
  • pandemic or epidemic,
  • serious disruptions to power, telecommunications or data communications,
  • errors or delays from subcontractors caused by the above circumstances.

Energify shall inform of such obstacles as soon as possible and take reasonable measures to limit the consequences.

15. Changes to the terms

15.1 Right to amend

Energify reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our websites.

15.2 Notice of changes

In the event of material changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will inform you via:

  • email (if you have a registered account), and/or
  • a clear notice in the Service.

15.3 Acceptance of changes

By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to close your User Account.

16. Governing law and disputes

16.1 Governing law

These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to its choice of law rules.

For Users in other countries, locally mandatory consumer protection legislation may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

16.2 Dispute resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue between the parties. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by:

  • A court of general jurisdiction in Sweden (Stockholm District Court as court of first instance), or
  • An alternative dispute resolution body approved by a supervisory authority, where applicable.

16.3 Consumer rights

As a consumer, you also have the option to turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the equivalent body in your country for alternative dispute resolution. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

18. Miscellaneous

18.1 Invalidity

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full.

18.2 Waiver

Energify's failure to exercise a right under these terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of such right at a later time.

18.3 Entire agreement

These terms, together with the privacy policy and any specific terms for particular services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Energify regarding the use of the Service.


These terms are effective as of January 21, 2026.
